If you think that is a legal reality, then you have to charge every politician in the country who commits vote fraud with “treason”. We don’t do that though, because that isn’t a legal reality.

Brennan, Clapper, Comey, etc. absolutely knew that Hillary FUNDED the Dossier full of Russian LIES yet used that very Dossier as the FOUNDATION for the their FISA warrants allowing them to spy on Team Trump.

They were, in England in 1788, and the founders defined treason in the Constitution VERY NARROWLY to prevent the use of treason in political matters.
Charging them with treason is not a legal reality until they get charged with treason.
