In a lengthy court filing surrounding the issues of Brady discovery material, Mike Flynn’s lawyer, Sidney Powell, drops some serious evidentiary bombshells on the court. Ms. Powell brings Lady Justice to the courtroom, and her revelations are stunning.

I thought so too. Powell certainly hit the ground running. She likely had some hints on where to look and what to ask for.
Reading between the lines in the filing, you can easily make a case for a criminal conspiracy to violate Flynn’s rights.
If the court dismisses the case based on the FBI’s wrong doing, they open the door to charges against everyone involved. And as you say, everything is out in the open as part of Flynn’s case. He’s gone from being run over by a tank to becoming a stealth missile.
I think their travel coming right before this news broke tells me they have their target in the cross hairs. Given that Barr is taking this on himself shows me he is not trusting anyone in the DOJ or its inferior group FBI to do anything outside his immediate view. He has already gotten the IG report, in draft, so he knows where the bodies are buried. He also, by doing this himself, is sending a message to Horowitz to be careful not to paper over the conspiracy because he will have the last look.
Having said that, I’d love to know where the grand jury will be empaneled because The USA in Connecticut has no jurisdiction for crimes in DC without an act taking place in Connecticut. Perhaps the FISA part is going to go away with a report that finds huge problems in administration and recommendations for a change in the law. IOW no one is going to jail for false statements on the applications or if so a judge should have recommended an inquiry already. As for the rest of this mess, I guess DC will be the venue unless one of conspirators flew out of Hartford!

Just read the entire 37 page filing and unless I miss my guess this is the beginning of what we all have been waiting for. I alternate between the “nothing will happen to these crooks” and my personal belief that in the end the truth will prevail.

The good guys have been in the game since Trump was elected at least. Takes time to do massive investigations against large numbers of criminals who are enmeshed in gov, agencies, foundations, and media, and involving foreign govs.
We’ve read the message many times about “how to get evidence legally admissable” (paraphrasing). Gen. Flynn.

(A) get it introduced into the public domain through solid court filings,
(B) shoots to pieces the argument that Barr’s investigation is simply revenge by President Trump.
