I fault the selections in the trunk. I prefer an AK shotgun with multiple drum magazines because some places I’ve been that’s exactly what’s called for.
Also, normal life for most people dictates that one spend time a significant distance from their vehicle - which is often where problems occur. Can’t bring the shotgun with and all you have is a pistol. IMHO, the low capacity of the 1911 is a problem in encounters I’ve had. Great if it works for you, does *not* work for me.
I have striven to position myself around as few assholes as possible.
The pump gun is just so I can feel more involved with the moment.
