personally, reacting adversely to any expression is to me over reacting. but schools have to because of the liability of doing nothing... nothing but allowing freedom of expression. pre crimes go against everything in a free society.
judge actions, not words... threats are made by the weak... and they let me know who to watch. allow me to defend myself and i will be ok. with words or actions.
