He was born and raised in Baltimore, got a degree from Howard University, and went to law school and became a lawyer.
With this talk of sharecroppers, you would swear he was a barefoot farm boy, who came off the farm to the Halls of Congress.
But his actual background is very different.
Reminds me a bit of how the media and liberals obfuscate the background of Ocasio-Cortez. Her Bronx girl from the tough streets of the Bronx routine gets old after a while.
