This may upset some of you, but it isn’t the actual “affair” that makes me shake my head as much as it is the sheer stupidity of letting pictures be taken. Yes, the affair could leave her open to blackmail, but the pictures just show an intelligence level just north of zero I would think. And she is in Congress and is suppose to make decisions regarding this countries economy and defense? This is just asinine.
Exactly. If they booted every member of Congress who commits adultery, how would they establish quorum to conduct business?

I agree with you. People have always had affairs, for all kinds of reasons. That hasn’t always been accompanied by such frightening lack of judgment.
