I agree with the majority in that we need to stop PROTECTING the media with the First Amendment. The media is ABUSING that right and it’s best to just end it and let them be held accountable.

The First Amendment isn't at fault for protecting fake news. It was the Supreme Court that allowed the media to slander people with fake news.

Yes and no. It’s true that this crap was fueled by that Supreme Court ruling...but where did they get their rationale from?
