The only cure for bad free speech or hate speech is more free speech. That and defamation lawsuits for false accusations.You don't have to look very hard to find plenty of people on this forum calling for journalists to be strung up from lampposts.

I agree with the majority in that we need to stop PROTECTING the media with the First Amendment. The media is ABUSING that right and it’s best to just end it and let them be held accountable.The First Amendment isn't at fault for protecting fake news. It was the Supreme Court that allowed the media to slander people with fake news.

- Do you think the government should arrest someone for how they worship?
- Do you think the government should arrest someone for being seen with someone else?
- Do you think the government should arrest someone for challenging something the government did?
