The Tavor in the hands of a trained soldier is within 5% as fast as the M4 at mag change per the Israelis who have issued both. Catch is, we have SO many people that can’t seem to get another manual of arms other than the AR’s down that it’s not even funny.
Case in point, the guys in countries that run the modern AK variants - many of those guys can run the ‘slow’ AK a *lot* faster than you’d think.

The Tavor is in the same ballpark. It’s one of the few bullpups that is, but it’s no slouch.
