Jessica Yaniv, a Canadian transgender activist, lost a court case she brought against estheticians who refused to wax her male genitalia.
"Human rights legislation does not require a service provider to wax a type of genitals they are not trained for and have not consented to wax," the BC Human Rights Tribunal determined according to the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms which represented five of the estheticians.
Yaniv was found to have "engaged in improper conduct" including filing "complaints for improper purposes." The Tribunal said that Yaniv's testimony was both "disingenuous" and "self-serving" along with "evasive and argumentative and contradicted herself."
Jay Cameron, the Justice Centre's Litigation Manager praised the decision, saying, "No woman should be compelled to touch male genitals against her will, irrespective of how the owner of the genitals identifies."

That said, things have gotten so bad these days that I am almost surprised that the salon lady won and some common sense prevailed in the justice system.
But I am also greatly relieved.

I read the full story. He found her on her personal fb page. A single mom who waxed at home for friends. He contacted her via dm. She said no. He kept contacting her. She stopped responding after asking him to stop messaging her. Her bf said stop. He found a salon she once worked at and tried contacting her there. This guy is nuts. A real head case and I’m concerned with what he could do being a true pervert. I can’t imagine the shame his family must have about him.
IMO, the guy is a disaster waiting to happen.
Anyone who goes to that kind of trouble to stalk someone is going to take it further some day.
Don’t celebrate too much, these types of rulings are pretty much over.
I’d do that for him. I’d use boiling oil just to make sure it worked.
The very words “her male genitalia” indicate the level of insanity involved.
