Two members of the far-right Proud Boys were each sentenced to four years in prison on Tuesday by a State Supreme Court judge in Manhattan who criticized their participation in a “political street fight” last year on the Upper East Side.
The defendants, Maxwell Hare and John Kinsman, were among ten men who prosecutors said attacked four people protesting a speech at the Metropolitan Republican Club by the Proud Boys founder, Gavin McInnes.
The masked protesters, who did not cooperate with the police, were believed to be self-described anti-fascists.
In the sentencing, Justice Mark Dwyer said the punishment was meant in part to deter others who seek to turn political differences into partisan street brawls.
“I know enough about history to know what happened in Europe in the 30s,” he said.

The fight continues outside and the men defending themselves from an unprovoked attack are the ones convicted and set to jail.

Everything in society - tax law, courts, schools, banking/finance, media, churches, etc. - can become a tool of oppression when in the hands of a one-party government/ideology.
That means no Justice.

That is a well known fact. These guys were attacked and were merely defending themselves. Meanwhile Antifa goes there merry way maiming and mauling whomever they will while the police stand by applauding. And no one gives a damn.

At the same time, politically biased prosecutors go to great lengths to drop charges against Antifa thugs.
So, in NY, ANTIFA stains can attack someone with impunity and when the target who fights back goes to jail even though the ANTIFA instigators refuse to cooperate with the cops.
And ANTIFA just walks. Good show judge. Gotta be some liberal Obama appointee.
Does this indicate that some extrajudicial Justice needs done to even the score and keep the playing field even?
Could they call this affirmative judicial action for white people?
