Most likely revenge. This mother is C-R-A-Z-Y, and she should know better than to use her child as a pawn, but that’s exactly what she’s done. That she is a pediatrician sends chills up my spine. Not much different than the BTK killer to me. Both are psychopaths.
This is incredible. I did not know that the woman pretending to be the boy’s mother isn’t biologically related to him. Even sicker than I thought.
I shudder to think, but I would imagine murder of at least the “mom” followed by suicide.
I mean no insult to any poster, but people should stop using the every more commonly seen expression, “There are no words.” There HAVE to be words and lots of them, even if not the perfect words. Even the unspeakable - and this an example of what could call “unspeakable” - must be met with words in writing and orally and to judges, elected officials, school officials, governors, social workers, everyone. Words and public protests and financial support should be given to all who are actively opposing this obscene juggernaut. Who should speak up and act? All who love the world as God created it and as God defined the boundaries of behavior for humans, whom God created in the world he created. And that means not just on internet forums.
A jury in Dallas, Texas....With a consensus of 11 of the 12 jurors, the jury decided not to grant Mr. Younger Sole Managing Conservatorship over his twin boys. They voted that the current Joint Managing Conservatorship should be replaced by a Sole Managing Conservatorship, but that Mr. Younger should not be that person. Judge Kim Cooks will read her ruling on possession, child support, and Dr. Georgulas’ other requests at 1:30 p.m. CST on Wednesday.
But it the judge also seems to be a real villain, besides the mom:
Dr. Georgulas [the mom], who brought the lawsuit, was asking Mr. Younger’s possession schedule be altered to decrease overnight stays and to force his visits with the boys to be supervised. Dr. Georgulas brought the original modification suit to the court and did not request a jury trial. Mr. Younger, in his counter-petition, asked for a jury trial. Since Mr. Younger requested the jury trial, the jury ruled on his specific request for Sole Managing Conservatorship and the judge ruled on all other aspects of the petition as brought by Dr. Georgulas.
Before this case, Dr. Georgulas had complete authority over psychological care decisions for the boys. She was required to inform Mr. Younger of her decisions, but he did not have any say in her choice of care.

Total insanity. Why didn’t he take the kids and take off out of country to non expedite country?
This is worse than drowning the kid in the bathtub.
1. Who was the father’s lawyer and did they argue ‘common’ sense points or have doctor experts testifying?
2. Has this been on the talk-radio shows in bigD?
3. Did the judge give heavy-handed instructions for jury-deliberations?
What possible kind of jury would do this sort of thing...!
