The only way for this “madness” to end is to implement brexit —> it won’t end this “madness” it’ll end one phase of the madness.
You say “most leavers would choose no deal over no Brexit.”
But that’s only if
1. the alternative is no Brexit
2. and that’s not all
No-deal does not command a majority of the electorate in any way.
If the UK opts for cancelling Brexit, you will have riots on the street.
If the UK opts for no-deal Brexit, you will have riots on the street.
If the UK opts for the Boris deal, you will have unrest.
There is no win and there will be no end to the “madness”
A no-deal Brexit is, I believe the only way forward as it would show that pain undiluted and there would be no one else for the UK to blame besides the UK itself
Absolutely untrue! There will be dissatisfaction.There will be grumbling.But no "riots". Leftists riot,conservatives grumble and write letters to The Telegraph.
Just look at recent events in the US.Were there any riots after Obama was elected? No. Were there riots after ObamaCare was passed? No. Were there riots after Trump was elected? Yup! Are there *still* riots...after almost 3 years? Yup!
