No doubt, probably combined with Parkinson’s. The weird things she did in the 2016 campaign, culminating with her 9/11/16 collapse, showed it. She’s not running now because she just doesn’t have the health and stamina to do it. What kind of complex medical devices do those stylized flour sacks she wears conceal??
