I sell probably more than half my yearly calf crop to individuals bypassing the big packers.
Once you taste grass fed beef and not beef that has had grain poured through it, every individual would search out grass fed beef.
There is nothing better than meat off of a calf that was eating grass and sucking his mama before being butchered.
