Has he allegedly, from an un-named anonymous source, exceeded the speed limit? Just what is the speed limit for that anyway? The speed a trebouchet propels some one a certain distance?

yes, apparently that invading army does get constitutional rights.

On another subject, liberals such as Michael Moore have said that the detainees at Gitmo have constitutional rights, and should be tried in civilian courts and not military tribunals.

Yes, I think the liberal mindset, is that illegal aliens, enemy combantants, indeed anyone in the world, somehow should have constitutional rights which American citizens have.

The irony is they don’t think we should have the right to free speech, the right bear arms, free assembly, etc.

Chairman Lindsey Graham has three Trump nominees for seats on the 9th Circuit court of Appeals pending before his Senate Judiciary Committee. That’s in addition to 49 other Judicial nominees pending in the committee, He needs to accelerate hearings and votes on Judicial nominees that are backlogged in his committee,

I believe our courts have long ago decided invaders are protected by our Constitution.

Dude,WTF happened to our country? Imagine a Nazi,Soviet or Chicom,Taliban,ISIS etc getting due process and constitutional rights. I guess as it stands, close to 8 billion people have “constitutional rights”. These days, those outside our borders have more rights than an American.

At some point I fear that the Supreme Court will have a dilemma, Justices Gorsuch & Kavanaugh will be forced to abstain while the Court makes a decision on “Orange Man Bad!” Justice Ginsburg will channel her vote from the hereafter through her emergency surrogate, Hillary Rodham.

<>“It is a foundational principle of our Constitution that individuals deprived of their liberty have access to a federal court — this includes asylum-seekers whose lives are in danger,” Lee Gelernt, the deputy director of the ACLU’s Immigrants’ Rights’ Project, said in a statement Friday.<>

What BS 14th Amendment abuse. Sending someone back home through an administrative proceeding doesn’t violate anyone’s liberty.
