President Donald Trump is threatening a lawsuit against CNN over a whistleblowers recording showing bias. The recording of the networks president, Jeff Zucker, was released by conservative activist group Project Veritas.
President Trump on Monday floated a lawsuit threat against CNN over reports that the networks president, Jeff Zucker, launched an internal bias campaign to undermine his presidency.
In a tweet posted Monday evening, Trump said, Project Veritas-Obtained Undercover Videos Highlight Jeff Zuckers (@CNN) Campaign To Destroy Trump. Videos Reveal @CNNs BIAS! @TuckerCarlson @FoxNews Does this sound like a good, or even great, lawsuit?
The presidents latest gripe with CNN comes after conservative activist group Project Veritas published undercover recordings from an alleged whistleblower that capture CNN employees casually confirming the network's anti-Trump bias and show Zucker telling top news executives to focus solely on impeachment even at the expense of other important news.
A request for comment from CNN on Trump's tweet was not immediately returned.

Discovery would be a major popcorn event.
About time. Attorney General Barr isnt helping time to go after CNN. I wish Barr would put down the bagpipe and the pontificating at Notre Dame. Attorney General Barr while were Young!
Well, at least the National Enquirer admitted to making up stories and apologized when ones like Carol Burnett sued them, IIRC.
but CNN got no money anyhow ,LOL
CNN’s friends in the lamestream media were burying this story. So Trump tweeted it. Can’t be ignored now.
Seems like a ginormous unreported campaign contribution to me.
The publicity alone might hurt CNN enough. I know a few people who still believe CNN is “center”.
Schiff knows he can’t be sued for anything he says on the floor of congress.
The Trump administration plans to sue CNN over bias and "wrongful practices" following revalations contained in a recent Project Veritas undercover exposé.
In a four-page letter to CNN, its CEO Jeff Zucker and Executive VP David Vigilante, Trump attorney Charles J. Harder provided several examples of bias against Trump, who seeks "a substantial payment of damages."
Listing several examples from the just-released Project Veritas videotapes of CNN insiders describing Zuckers demand for impeachment above all else, Harder wrote that they are merely the tip of the iceberg of the evidence my clients have accumulated over recent years.
He added, Never in the history of this country has a President been the subject of such a sustained barrage of unfair, unfounded, unethical and unlawful attacks by so-called 'mainstream' news, as the current situation. -Washington Examiner

Is that a law? I don’t know, I’m no lawyer, but that’s pretty outrageous that he can blatantly slander a sitting POTUS like that.
Just cancel all of the government contracts with AT&T... that will send a message
Good... Own them and rebrand it as the Conservative News Network.
