The only thing that would make her actually announce a run would be if there was a huge and spontaneous popular demand for her to do so....
... and I don’t hear anyone chanting her name.
If there is no front runner after Iowa and New Hampshire, or if there is and they are a total disaster, she will step in to save the party..................
The only chant I hear after her name is mentioned would be “LOCK HER UP!”
