There is no structural impeachment process or guideline being followed.
Adam Schiff has to hide his hearings because:

I find it hard to believe that NOBODY has oversight over Schiff and Pelosi. I am also amazed that Schiff can pretend to
be a judge and preside over a fake Grand Jury. Seems that at least the Chief Justice should be able put a stop to this BS.
