ok but i think the common practice os to toss used condoms in a trash can instead of requiring every man to carry around a portable mini-incinerator and use it after every intercourse. condoms are commonly regarded, advertised, and used as a birth control method. any woman who goes digging around in a trash can when a man is not looking and then sues a guy for child support is not acting in good faith because she is laying the guy to get a baby while the guy thinks she is just getting her jollies from him and vice versa. that is straight off deception, which is immoral. so imho if the law does not follow the morality of the situation, then the law itself seems immoral. it is imho a form of entrapment. what am i missing?
