he might be the father but still innocent under any number of scenarios, one of the more straightforward being that they had intercourse using a condom, and she surreptitiously saved and impregnated herself with the contents of the used condom. if this happened in dc the most likely way that hunter was portraying himself to her was as a beltway mover and shaker. that would give her motivation to have a baby with him by any means necessary.
i am not saying it happened that way, but that it does not seem impossible that it could have happened that way, or in numerous other variations of that way.
having said that, is surreptitious impregnation sufficient grounds to determine parentage and child support responsibility? (1) morally and (2) legally. and (3) how many other guys could in theory be in hunter’s legal position if surreptitious impregnation were the case? also, can a court demand dna for an arbitrary baby? i recall an arkansas mother who alleged that WJC was the father of her baby a few years ago, and she was having a very difficult time obtaining WJC’s DNA...
Innocent of what??
We don't know if it was a one nighter or they were dating.
And no matter...your DNA....your child.
Doesn’t matter if there was fraud involved. If he is the babies father, he has to paid the support. It’s built into Federal Law at this point and gets to file where ever she wants.
