Unfortunately he is half right. Their was a treaty signed in 1999 by Clinton by way of congress that set up policy for the Ukraine and the US to work together concerning corruption within our workings. So he claimed he was doing that. That’s the half right if he had kept it to that and not concerning him.
The half wrong is that he was taking the stance and acted at the time to terminate an employee of the Ukrainian government that was attempting an investigation into corruption that, just happened to be within the scope of the old man’s area, and might have identified what he did which he admitted to publicly anyway after the press buried it.
