Debates? Well since I didn't watch I can't say if the "debated" or not. But, in these contestants view, we don't need no steenkin' constitution. Probably the contestants expounding on their views as guided by the moderators.

I watched some of it. A number of candidates spoke of our current situation as if we were in a Great Depression. Jobs are being lost everywhere. People can’t pay their bills. Families are scared. People are taking on 2 or 3 jobs just to get by.

One question was basically, “How can we bring manufacturing jobs back to the US from Mexico?”

I believe Buttplug’s answer focused on strengthening US labor unions so that our workers would get much higher salaries.

Personally, I don’t think that would have the desired effect ...
