President Trump made a brilliant move by listing his SCOTUS nominees during the campaign. For many voters it was a primary factor in their decision.

Reviewing this list should scare the heck out of any voter who may be on the fence.

Zephyr Teachout. Now There’s a winner if I ever heard one. And from Fordham, no less.

If she used her married name, she would be Zephyr Juliusburger. No other comments.

That list better be under lock and key and flexible. These poor folks will undergo Hell and a thorough bashing no matter how clean and qualified they are. The pay is only $234,143*, and the job is not that great. Isolated, lonely, limited. Catch hell. Possible security concerns due to leftist hysteria and criminality (e.g. Scalia). *https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_judge_salaries_in_the_United_States

Just in case anyone isn’t clear on what this bulls*t “impeachment” charade Adam Schiff and Nancy Pelosi have been running.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg has pancreatic cancer, and come hell or high water the Progressives are going to make sure that President Trump is under too much of a “cloud of impeachment” to possibly have one of his nominations considered if Ginsburg should shuffle off of this mortal coil sometime soon.

But remember, that is $234K for life. I also don’t think money is the primary motivation for anyone to becomes a Justice.

Should we call that the Schiff Rule?

Historically, the composition of the court was 1/5 private attorney (academics and litigators), 1/5 elected officials (current/former govt official), 1/5 executive branch (current/former govt official), 1/5 federal court, 1/5 state court.

Now only Kagan came immediately from the executive branch, and the other 8 came from Federal court.

The last state court appointee was Souter.
The last elected officials to serve were Hugo Black (1937-71), and Earl Warren (1953-1969).
The last private attorneys were Lewis Powell (1971-86?) and
Byron White (1962-93?)

Kinda puts a lie to that idiot Robert’s claim that there aren’t any Democrat, Republican, Liberal, Conservative judges. Anyone with half a brain cell knows his statement was total BS. Roberts should have never been put on the Supreme Court, he doesn’t have the character or ethics to be there, not to mention the brain power. His reasoning in Obamacare, the census question and several other cases was so convoluted it defies reason.

That is, hard-core and unrepentant Marxists. We’d all be living in Venezuela is they had their way.
