Idiots. In trying to help him they probably killed him. You cover pedestrian victims of car accidents. You don’t carry them. They probably broke his neck or snapped his spinal cord trying to move him.

Agreed. Do no further injury to the victim and wait for the pros to get there unless dispatch instructs one to move the injured party.
