That’s right. Their idea is to fabricate a group of false impeachment articles without any due process, pop them on the House, and get a quickie impeachment vote that will send those “articles” on to the Senate for a trial. McConnel should, right now, state such “articles” will be deemed invalid and no trial will be scheduled unless the House abides by the due process procedure it used in the three prior presidential impeachments.
