Former national security adviser John Bolton told a former aide to President Trump on Russia to call White House lawyers to warn them about a pressure campaign on Ukraine, House investigators were reportedly told Monday.
Bolton told Fiona Hill, the senior director for Russian and Eurasian affairs, to contact the lawyer for the National Security Council and say that the president's personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani was involved in the efforts to pressure Ukraine into investigating Democrats, the New York Times reported Monday night.
“I am not part of whatever drug deal Rudy and Mulvaney are cooking up,” Bolton told Hill to tell White House lawyers, according to the testimony reported by the Times.
The former national security adviser had called Giuliani a "hand grenade who's going to blow everybody up" in a previous conversation with Hill, according to the Times.

The President, since he was a candidate, since he was President-Elect, and since he has been President, has been continually attacked for being a Russian agent intent on bringing down America’s democracy or some such, and in response he brings in his friend, one Rudolph ‘Rudy’ Giuliani, to be his personal defense lawyer, and to dispatch his friend and lawyer Rudy wherever is necessary to get to the bottom of who and what launched these attacks against his candidacy, his election, and his presidency, and Mr. Giuliani, while traveling to various foreign lands, one of which is the country of Ukraine where he asks how it came to be that his client, the President of the United States, came to be mixed up in some sort of Russian Collusion plot, and in so doing hears from several officials and former prosecutors in Ukraine, and in hearing evidence to the contrary and to the corruption of the former US Vice-President, he returns to the United States and is accused of pressuring Ukraine on behalf of the President of the United States to dig up dirt on the President’s opponents.

Right. I’m not standing up for Bolton, but as of yet I have no trust in anonymous sources. I want to hear from him first before making a decision. Remember, Schiff is orchestrating all the leaks in this “faux investigation”.

President and Barr stated in public last spring that this whole Russia hoax was gonna be investigated...rats insisted after the Mueller flop they wanted to keep it going. Guliani is the Presidents defense lawyer and has every right to investigate on his behalf. Attorney General is also investigating Russia..Ukraine..whole thing. how you get a John Dean paying hush money out of this is odd...
