This was a poorly conceived plan created just 2 weeks after Mueller’s “doddering old fool” testimony.

It appears to be exactly that. The part I find interesting is that anyone with a passing interest in politics would of seen almost immediately that Slow Joe would get some Ukraine splashed on him. Of course that may of been a secondary goal.

Now the President was surely provided with Cliff Notes for the phone call. Was "do me a favor" in those notes?
