As much as I’d love to see him sue, I think it’s just bluster. They were going to look into suing everyone involved in the Kavanaugh attacks, as well as suing the Oakland mayor for obstructing the law. Not having any serious blow back is why these people just keep getting away with such malice.

I would have ‘loved’ to see him respond to the ‘court’ saying he had to turn over tax records by DEMANDING the tax records for the last 10 years or even just the years they have been sitting in Congress/Senate.
Can constituents DEMAND to see the tax returns etc of their ‘elected servants’(gag)?
