Or should I say ‘Minnesotastan?’ For the next week, the fake news media will be swarming with representatives of CAIR, whining about how Trump’s speech has endangered the lives of all the Somali freeloaders in Minnesota and their radical Somali Congressmuslim- Ilhan Omar.

They reacted most strongly when Trump vowed to curb the influx of refugees and took aim at U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., calling her “a disgrace to our country.” “I knew it,” said Mohamed Ali, the coffee shop’s Somali Muslim manager who warned patrons that the president would say something critical about Somalis. “This guy is a big hater.”
Some recited difficulties that have befallen the community since Trump’s election, including a lack of jobs and a rise in hate crimes. (Lack of jobs? That’s funny, there are more jobs and more people working now than in the past several decades. I guess Americans finally understand that it is not good business to hire Somali Muslims)
Trump’s visit also spurred anxiety and fear for many Somalis here.
The nation’s largest Muslim Brotherhood front group CAIR local and Somali-elected leaders were sounding the alarm about the long-term implications of Trump’s visit, suggesting it could spark a fresh surge in hate crimes in Minnesota — home to the nation’s largest Somali community.
Somali Muslim Jaylani Hussein, executive director of CAIR-MN “We’re also definitely concerned about his anti-Muslim and anti-Somali language,” (He’s just reflecting the mood of the country) said Jaylani Hussein, who leads the Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), which had urged Muslim-Americans to join protests Thursday.
State Rep. Mohamud Noor, DFL-Minneapolis, said it’s one thing dealing with Trump’s anti-Somali slurs and his hateful posts on social media about immigrants and refugees. But his visit to Minneapolis struck fear close to home, Noor said. (That was the idea)
Fresh in Minnesota Somalis’ minds was Trump’s effort to bar refugees from Somalia and six other Muslim-majority countries from entering the United States, his past remarks that Somalis are a “disaster” and a strain on Minnesota, and his constant attacks on Omar.
State Rep. Hodan Hassan, DFL-Minneapolis, said she opposed Trump’s visit, asserting that it could have negative blowback on the community. (Maybe it’s time to return to Somalia, if it’s too dangerous here))
To address the fear and anxiety in the community, Minnesota Somali leaders said they are working with the FBI, have hired armed security guards to patrol Somali-owned businesses and are urging people to stay vigilant, particularly Muslim women who wear a hijab. (I hope Minnesota taxpayers aren’t paying for this)

Kelly tweeted that the actions of the two Democrats (Omar and the Mayor) are putting officers in danger by “weaponizing citizens’ safety for political reasons.”
“Both [Mayor Jacob Frey] and Ilhan Omar spoke out against the president coming here (for his gigantic rally)....that emboldened certain groups to come out and to try and cause problems,” Kelley emphasized.
Kelly pointed out that as soon as @realDonaldTrump announced his MN rally, @Jacob_Frey & @IlhanMN poured fuel on the flames to foment as much political discord as possible.
“Freedom of speech is guaranteed in the US Constitution, mayhem, violence & anarchy are not.” Kelly asserted “The @MinneapolisPD are equal opportunity peacekeepers.”
“The citizens do not deserve a disruptive environment. “Nor did attendees who were viciously attacked by Omar sympathizers. “People should be able to enjoy the hugely successful Trump rally, and to come and go without being hindered by attackers and arsonists” continued Chris Kelley.

Democrat palPig-Ilhan Omar, castigated supporters of President Donald Trump by claiming America's problem with ignorance is "pervasive." Omar appeared on the Nation’s "Next Left" podcast with host John Nichols to discuss various issues, including the intelligence of Trump supporters.
"So suddenly you’re elected, and you had this teaching moment. It strikes me that, in watching you, you are conscious of teaching moments and of that opportunity to say something that might cause people to think differently about what’s going on," Nichols said.
Pig-Ilan Omar said U.S. voters "have a misconception" about refugees and the process they face getting into the United States. She went on to specifically target Republicans in her criticism, saying they "are really good at misinformation and sort of really reorganizing facts to sort of paint a picture that really eventually is not rooted in facts."
She said Minnesota Republicans who want to stop refugees from coming to the state spread misinformation about how refugee resettlement works. "There are agencies that run the resettlement program. This is a process that’s run through them. If you end that contract, it’s not that refugees are not going to be resettled, it’s that the state just doesn’t get informed," Omar said. "And so the only leverage you have is that you are part of this contract and you can be part of the negotiations on how many people get resettled in your state." Obama’s U.S. Department of State (DOS) discovered widespread Somali fraud in Minnesota in one of its largest programs for admissions to America, the so-called P-3 family reunification program.
First revealed by Miriam Jordan writing at TheWall Street Journal, the DOS learned that as many as 30,000 Somalis had entered America under the false pretense of “family members,” but were later determined through random DNA testing to have used the program fraudulently.
Large numbers of Somali refugee family members were found to not be biologically related at all. Under the scandal, Somali “relatives” were continuously being “found” and joining their “family” in the U.S. As Frontlinereported in 2015, they were making up “ghost children.”
The degree of the fraud shocked the outgoing Bush Administration and as President Barack Obama took charge of the DOS, it had no choice but to suspend the program indefinitely. From 2008-2012, family reunification from Somalia, and other east African countries, was closed.
However, no effort was made by the Obama administration’s immigration officials to discover and remove those found to have committed immigration fraud. There is no evidence to date that Omar’s family participated in the widespread practice.
Indeed, when allegations surfaced in 2016 about Omar’s questionable marriage, then Minnesota U.S. Attorney Andrew Lugar, an Obama appointee, refused to investigate, and corrected local affiliate KMSP Fox 9 for reporting that he did.
“U.S. Attorney Andy Luger says he did not ask U.S. Immigration & Customs (ICE) to investigate the immigration status of legislative candidate Ilhan Omar,” Fox 9 reported.
But now, under a new Republican administration, the DOJ and Attorney General Jeff Sessions have reopened investigations into fraudulent immigration, which, if the allegations against her are true, Omar could be tied up in.
In Nov. 2017, for instance, the DOJ revoked the citizenship of four Somalians living in Minnesota who had lied on their visa applications.
“The current immigration system is easily abused by fraudsters and nefarious actors, and that’s certainly true of the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program,” Sessions said at the time. “If the fraud is not detected and swift enforcement actions are not taken, chain migration only multiplies the consequences of this abuse.”

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Thousands of Minnesotans could be kicked off food stamps under new Trump administration rules. State officials have until next week to file objections to the plan which will take food stamps away from almost two million low-income families nationwide.
The new rules would disqualify tens of thousands of Minnesota families who earn more than $27,000 a year.

but kindly Omar reassured them their Capitol Hill jobs are waiting after they get out of jail.
Every member of CAIR should either be in prison or deported with NO possibility of re-entry.
I would expect that more Somali Muslims in Minneapolis felt rage when they realized Ms. Omar dumped her Somali husband for Tim Mynett. I doubt that men or women with their religious, or cultural background are supportive of Somali women who dump their Muslim husbands so that they can go cavort with some married non-muslim white guy.
I think back in Somalia that kind of thing is frowned upon.
