Louisiana Governor - election today. Everybody vote!! Polls close at 8pm. If any candidate gets a majority (51%) of the vote in the first round that candidate wins the election.
Just like they admit they do in Phila!
Yes, far from over. But 31% in now, Edwards still at 46
Dems getting clobbered down the ballot. Hallelujah! And Trump has LA in the bag next November.

New Orleans always reports last after they determine how many votes they need to manufacture to put the Dem over the top.
From what I am seeing in the numbers, I would guess that Edwards stays in the 46-47 percent range and must go to a two man runoff. He is shown at 46.3 percent now on the NY Times election page (not bad for a biased newspaper) with 42 percent of the vote in.
Remember, its not about having the most votes to win.
It is having enough votes to overcome the other side’s cheating and fraud.
46% is too close to 51%!
N.O is nowhere the Dem machine it used to be. Rest of the state is solid Red - Trump country.
Will be an easy win for Trump in 2020.
That is correct.
An incumbent is hard to beat and Edwards is doing as well as he is because hes Governor.
He doesnt have coattails for statewide Democrats.
Cant believe i am saying this but the ny times election page is extremely accurate
Can't believe all the defeatists and doom criers on this thread. This is looking to be a good night for Trump and the GOP in LA.
... because it’s pure numbers.
Hard to twist that.
Fishy slowing of data in past 10 minutes
