Using puberty-blocking drugs on pre-pubescent children in order to stultify their sexual development “is a crime against humanity,” said Camille Paglia, professor of humanities and media studies at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.
Paglia highlighted left-wing denial of the biological origins of sex, including left-wing framing of sex as an arbitrary and subjective social construct. “These ideas aren’t based on any actual study of biology,” she said.
"I think that experiments of unproven drugs — drug protocols — on children is a crime against humanity, and it should not be tolerated. It amazes me there is hardly any media attention to this matter. I think the future will look back with surprise and shock at the ethical indifference of the major media right now in the United States to this going on. It is simply not right. These drugs have not been fully tested, and we’re using children as experiments? Boys forever are going to have, in adulthood, a child’s size penis? I cannot believe that this is happening without protest.
“Don’t imagine that the child knows his or her future identity at age three, or ten, for that matter,” added Paglia. “Flash-freezing a child’s development through the introduction of drugs — pre-puberty, on and so on — seems to me, should be recognizably, not just wrong, but horrific.”

Camille Paglia is one of the few libs I take seriously as a social critic.
It is indeed horrible and should not be allowed to interfere with nature and natural development.

Definitely a crime against the child.
He discussion with Dr. Jordan Peterson was a remarkable...in that they both pretty much agreed on everything. Okay...she is a liberal...but she is in favor of women being a mother and a homemaker if that is what they want to do. She broke down the differences between men and women beautifully in describing that old Italian household audge and the roles women had. It was the older women..the matriarchs that had the real power she says. And of course, we all know that is true.

I agree with you, I’m always interested in her articles because for the most part she is an honest, thoughtful voice in the chaos. She doesn’t blindly follow group-think and isn’t apologetic about it. She is a reasonably sane lib, a very rare creature these days.

There needs to be a left and right to keep the row boat on a straight path. You know, as you would be sipping that coffee, you would need a quad espresson to keep up with her rapid-fire thoughts...she can’t get them out fast enough...The tongue holds back her brain...
She told a story how at a family gathering after the meal, all the women would retire to the kitchen and the men would go outside and invariably be looking under the hood of a car. She realized at her young age that men were technical and women were hearth. The differences between the sexes. There is a role that is played and has been played throughout our existence. There is a reason for it. The differences are not bad things...not at all...just differences. Men and women think differently and react differently to the world around them. But it is those differences that when combined as a unit...make a complete person/unit. I might be putting words in her mouth, but I think that is what she is getting at.
