The business relationship between President Donald Trump's private lawyer Rudy Giuliani and the men charged Thursday in a campaign finance scheme is a subject of the ongoing criminal investigation being conducted by federal authorities in New York, according to two sources familiar with the matter.

If he is able to prove he is being investigated because he is representing someone, this is a violation of Bar rules. He should move to have the attorney’s disbarred once he can show he had no criminal exposure.

Rudy is up against the Mob again
Geoffrey Berman of the SDNY, signed the indictment. He was appointed by Jeff Sessions. For 14 years Berman was a law Partner with Rudy Giuliani. Berman was a part-time volunteer for the Trump transition. Berman has charged Avenatti with extortion and Epstein with sex trafficking.
Apparently Barr new of the grand jury for this case and of the impending charges.
Does this make any sense to anybody?

Barr visited with prosecutors in the Manhattan office on Thursday, part of what aides said was a routine check-in visit.”

And so what? Doesn’t that pretty much apply to everyone who does work with the government.
Is Barr throwing Giuliani under the bus? I know Parnas and Fruman have been on the left wing radar for a year. Plenty of stories going back to at least May. Anybody that believes that the FBI is a “law enforcement agency” are only deluding themselves. They are now the United States equivalent of the N.K.V.D. and exist solely to protect the Democrat Party. And in their spare time burn infant children alive, a/l/a Mount Carmel, a.k.a, Waco.
