There are Kurds and then there are kurds. Some Kurds are Turkish enemies having been fighting them more or less forever (since the fall of the Ottoman empire at least)
You are encouraging American involvement in a Turkish civil war

The Kurds fighting for expanding the autonomous area Assad granted them into Iran and Iraq?
Or the Kurds fighting for an independent Kurdistan
(and who fight all the other factions)?
Or some particular group of Kurds who own a restaurant in DC?
