HOWEVER, only a very few smart legal analysts with years of looking at big legal issues are NOT either a Liberal or a Conservative. Very few stand in some middle ground, seeming to be Conservative on some issues and Liberal on others.
We have seen the same thing in reverse on Fox.
Fair enough, but a brief mention of his Democrat connections would have been in order.
