Theres some scepticism about the idea of a partial trade deal between the US and China, despite Beijings apparent enthusiasm.
Jon Ferro of Bloomberg doesnt believe Washington will embrace the idea when talks resume tomorrow.
Jonathan Ferro (@FerroTV) So China is still open to a partial deal despite tensions ratcheting up. No sign that the below will be enough to bring the US along with them... https://t.co/yOxrugLKRJ pic.twitter.com/sBnCfntD4T
October 9, 2019 Foreign exchange trader Marc-André Fongern points out that any partial deal could easily unravel:
Marc-André Fongern (@Fongern_FX) [*CHINA IS OPEN TO PARTIAL U.S. TRADE DEAL DESPITE TECH BLACKLIST] ... The global economy would hardly be able to breathe a sigh of relief, as the past has shown that bilateral relations might deteriorate again at any time. The markets are currently flooded with rumours.

Going to be fun watching china lose their manufacturing .... LOL
Is that like being partially pregnant?
It's not despite tensions, it's due to a pork shortage with Chinese holidays not too far off.
To show good faith just to negotiate, the chicoms should execute everyone involved in the distribution of fentanyl on live TV.
Then we should talk to them, but never trust these bloody F*S.
Negotiations between China and America, are back on, tomorrow...
(I believe)
Look for hogs in several other countries to have massive outbreaks Swine Flu just like the one that's sweeping China.

That is exactly what has been happening for the last 30 years.
Our ENTIRE political class is all sold out to China.
Both parties. Trump is really driving the issue.
Time for DJT to turn up the heat a little more; “So, you think this kangaroo court of an “impeachment hearing” has me on the ropes, huh...?”
.....and let me remind youthat the US will quit the International Postal Union on October17...after having given notice back on 10/17/18
The Trump administration also justified the UPU withdrawal as serving U.S. national security interests. Although the White House did not fully explain what those national security interests were, it implied that the advance electronic customs data would help the Department of Homeland Security better flag and detect high-risk shipments, specifically of packages containing illicit drugs from China. According to a Senate Homeland Security Committee report released in Jan. 2018, over $800 million of opioids were shipped over a two year period from China into the United States through USPS.
“.... as tensions rise...”
The reason the Chinese are coming to the table with anything is that they are whipped and they know it. There is little tension to diplomacy when one side has no threat, only resignation. And they are trying to “get off” with as much as they can salvage. It’s called the white flag. And they raised it first. You go POTUS!
