Trey Gowdy is a great, insightful presenter.

Gowdy did an outstanding job in the Benghazi investigation and he is fully aware he got rolled
And Trey “Mr. President, if you are not guilty act like it” Gowdy did an outstanding job carrying Paul Ryan’s water on his way out the door in Congress. It was hilarious to watch his jelly spine stiffen once he left Congress.
What power does he have to accomplish anything when he’s merely a single member of a house committee? I don’t get it and the irrational criticism of Gowdy on this site are pure stupidity..........
As one of the most well known “consevative” Congressmen Gowdy certainly had power to hold Paul Ryan’s feet to the fire as Ryan coasted to retirement. Instead he was supportive of Ryan while he was throwing the House to the Dems.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for posting that. I hope those on this forum that expected him to start throwing people in jail will read your post.

My opinion: when he was a Congressman there was Gowdy, Nunez and Jim Jordan. They were the stars. And none of them arrested anyone. Legislators don’t throw people in jail. Apparently this is a difficult concept for some.
Absolutely. Let’s put down the memory hole all of Gowdy’s incendiary fake news media appearances he made during campaign season 2016 during which he trashed POTUS. No doubt the Dems will be busy digging them up now.
We understand that he and his cohorts in the House never did, nor could they, put anyone in prison of their own accord; just how many ***key phrase ahead*** CRIMINAL REFERRALS did they make? Fully within their bailiwick.
Gowdy was one of Paul RINO’s guys. He talks very well in front of a camera. Away from it, he made sure that any investigation the Republican majority did, went nowhere.
Exactly. Gowdy is GOPe controlled conservative “opposition”. Nothing more, nothing less. An actor who plays his role well inside the beltway theater.
Terrible choice. Gowdy is 100% Deep State. This is like asking a snake to take care of your kids.
