He’s catching a lot of flak from the teachers because he’s trying to reform Kentucky’s completely financially unsustainable teachers defined benefit pension program. Hopefully this helps carrying him over the top this Fall.
But in private it's a different story. At first maybe they really felt that way, but over time they have been waking up to the reality that they are slowly having all the things that are just for them stripped away by leftwing gay activists. And it's coming out, even from my wife's lefty friends who initially did the whole "Whoo Hoo, you go girl!" thing for the trannies. Now they get all mad and say how wring it is.

At first I thought the liberal ran the ad to highlight his pro-tranny position, but likely even he isn’t that dumb.
It seems this should serve as an example of how to run ads this election:
Simply highlight the fact that your opponent is:
- pro-illegal invasion
- pro-tranny
- an environmental alarmist
Easy.
Notice how they’ve shut up about gun grabbing the past couple of weeks, too.
That headline should deliver heavy Republican turnout.

There’s a guy standing on the median strip at a traffic light begging for money that I see every day on the way to work. He’s in his late 20’s I’d say. Very fit looking, neither overweight or emaciated. I’ve seen him with a cell phone before. Today he was dancing. As far as I can tell, he hasn’t missed a day in months. I suppose he would be considered unemployed.
In other news, a transgender man is vying for Adam Schiff’s seat and I hope he wins! (I don’t think a Repub is even running. It’s California.)

Not that I want to help NBC all that badly, but they really should sue the IOC for providing a radically less attractive product than that offered NBC when they inked the original contract in 2011, and expanded it thru the 2032 Olympic year in 2014.
I have spent hundreds of hours in my life watching the Olympics, but unless they turn this around, I’m done. And so are millions of others.

By-the-way, today in Stuttgart, Simone Biles led that USA Women’s Gymnastic team to another gold medal. Biles was her usual dominant gymnast.
On Thursday, Simone and Sunisa Lee from the USA will go after the All-Around championship. They are favored to go 1,2. Biles is so good, it is a foregone conclusion. With Lee, however, she is a young 16 years, but very capable to win the Silver. Hopefully she will perform up to her ability.
