If Pelosi want to do a impeachment they got to vote or they get no cooperation. They are still fishing. Now putting all their eggs in the harmless phone call and what will eventually be a whole string of faceless whistleblowers say they heard someone say something.

Nobody testifies until and unless there is an impeachment proceedings vote. What they’re doing is NOT oversight; it is harassment and an attempted coup.
Maybe The President should make a blanket statement that until a roll call vote for impeachment is taken with the full House, the White House will not cooperate. Once the vote is taken and the House approves impeachment, the White House will fully cooperate, just as the WH fully cooperated with the Mueller probe.
