In an era where most speech takes place online, and Silicon Valley has become a self-appointed speech cop, the 1A is as good as dead from a practical standpoint.

That is big part of it, but it goes well beyond that. Cities are now banning a huge number of normal words they have proclaimed are sexist or racist. Look at New York passing a law to make it a crime to say the term “illegal alien”.

Colleges and workplaces have punished conservatives for so long, so harshly for not speaking in PC terms, for using plain language, that we are now terrified to speak up that it affects a students grades, or affects a workers promotional viability, let alone work status. People have been fired for what they have said at work.

Now that many of the millennials and younger have bought into PC language hook line and sinker, you can’t speak freely without angering them or making them cry.

Free speech is dead. The first amendments is all but dead. The Commie Rats will be killing it off shortly. We are already there and it goes way beyond social media and the big tech companies Facebook, Google and Twitter.

We lost this battle by not fighting back in the 1990s when the Rats began to implement a plan to control our speech. Now it is too late.
