Actually, in many states felons who are no longer in prison and are off paper (done with any parole time, etc...) get all of their God-given rights restored - JUST AS THEY SHOULD BE!

Depends on which state he resides in.
Per the article, case is in Florida but Frazier, currently living with family in southern Georgia, said fellow African Americans are surprised when he discusses Trump.
Both Florida and Georgia allow convicted felons to vote as long as they have completed their sentences.
