House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Wednesday that President Donald Trump is “scared” of the impeachment inquiry she launched last week centered on a whistleblower complaint alleging he pressured Ukraine to help investigate former Vice President Joe Biden and interfere in the 2020 presidential election.
“I think the president knows the argument that can be made against him, and he’s scared,” Pelosi told ABC News Chief Anchor George Stephanopoulos.
“And so he’s trying to divert attention from that to where [he’s] standing in the way of legislation,” she said.
“You say he’s scared … Did you hear the fear in his voice when you spoke with him on the phone last week?” Stephanopoulos asked.
“I saw the surprise in his voice that he didn’t understand that I thought what he did was wrong,” Pelosi said, referring to Trump's call with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy. “That he was undermining our national security, that he was undermining our Constitution by his actions and he was undermining the integrity of our elections. He just didn’t see it.”

There is no such thing as impeachment inquiry. That is misuse of the hearings being used to find illegal activity and those requested to appear and documents should not show up for hearing. It is totally miss use of the communists Democrats to find by threaten jail etc..
So, in Pelosi’s view, a president of the United States cannot talk to the leader of a foreign government on the telephone because it undermines national security and undermines our Constitution?????

He was elected to drain the swamp. That means follow the money, follow the leads, follow the trail wherever it leads and root it out. Doesn’t matter if the trail leads to corruption with foreign countries. Doesn’t matter if the suspect is running for president.
Think Biden’s foreign corruption while vp is messy. Hold on to your hat when Trump finally goes after Clinton and her corruption with foreigners as sect of state.
Campaign finance law does not override the constitution and does not give corrupt candidates a free pass.
