I believe the transcript was already released before Schiff lied at that hearing.
We know Schiffless sent his staff to Ukraine for something a couple months ago. This was staged by him.

At this point, I have no doubt that there is no “whistleblower” per se. As Chairman of the HPSCI, Schiff will have some Intelligence Community employees detailed to the committee staff and possibly his personal staff as well. As the Chairman, Schiffhead will have to approve them.
Mark Levin has a great one last night showing the timeline, etc on it and all the lies that have come out. One that was especially telling is that the whistleblower form is done online and has specific instructions. Instead he went to inform DEMOCRATS in the Intelligence Committe first, then filled out the form to the IG, which (I think he’s right) would make it logical that Schiff and Co. told him to become a whistleblower so he could be anonymous. Then Schiff comes out and says that the COMMITTEE was not made aware of anything before it came out. In lawyer speak, it says the committee wasn’t, which doesn’t mean that Schiff or his staffers didn’t receive it.

true or not, it’s a brilliant maneuver because it’s quite plausible within the revelation of the secret contact the “whistleblower” had with Schiff, and it forces Schiff to either explicitly deny it or let it hang in the air unanswered ...
if true, Schiff can’t deny it without lying, and if false, a denial is going to ring untrue anyway given the previously revealed conspiracy of Schiff and the “Whistleblower”.

In any case, mentioning Biden was not a crime. In fact, as Greg Jarret has pointed out, the President is obligated to raise issues of potential corruption with foreign leaders - it is part of his job. The fact that Biden is running for President is irrelevant.

Too many here WAY too proud to say they’ve been wrong promoting & pulling a party lever most blindly on some asinine theory of ‘lesser of two evils’ (as if going over the cliff @ 50MPH is better than 80MPH+)
If that is the case, then what Schiff for brains did is even more stupid. I really think he was counting on the transcript to remain classified, so that he would have free reign to say whatever he wanted to say to mislead (i.e. brazenly lie to) the public.
