Schiff is concerned the WH will stonewall. Any action that forces litigation or consideration of litigation (to get evidencde) will be considered obstruction of justice, and that WH is trying to conceal evidence that corroborates the DEMs ludicous allegations. Not fooling around, not going to drag this out for months. Trump tried to coerce a foreign leader to dig up dirt on an opponent.
What about Trump right to meet the whistleblower? Schiff: WB has right to be anon. Trump's call that W is a spy is witness intimidation and incitement to violence (yes, he said exactly that). The call record shows Trump asked Ukraine a favor.

Pelosi: Trump undermined national security. Trump undermined his oath of office. Undermined the integrity of our elections. Stoop to a level below the diginty of the US. The founders pu guardrails un the consitution, never thought a president would kick those guardrails over. She's on a tear!! This is sad, we have to be prayerful, we have to be fair, we have to give Trump a chance to exonerate himself. Calmness, quiet, so that we can hear what is being said in this regard.

Apparently the House Rules require an impeachment inquiry to be authorized by vote. Pelosi “authorized” it herself without a vote. Then they are saying everything is different because now their subpoenas are an “impeachment inquiry”. But it isn’t. Their subpoenas are just subpoenas.
She didn’t hold the vote so that the Republicans have no right to issue their own subpoenas - as required by the impeachment rules of the House.
And she doesn’t want her members to have to vote for the inquiry.
Everything the Democrats do is designed to use the law, not follow the law.
That’s why Giuliani is considering a lawsuit. It is an illegitimate inquiry.
Can the Congress issue subpoenas? Yes. Does it deserve the status of an “impeachment” because Nancy and Adam say so? No.
Well, after 30+ years in elected office, she does know how to reach her voters. It is not difficult to believe that with her repeated references to the founders and the Constitution she reached additional new, young voters.
But IMO it was Schiff who deserves a tip of the hat. With his repeated emphasis on the founders primary concern of preventing interference by foreign governments in our nation's politics - he underscored the importance of the two-parent element of NBC.
