en. Ted Cruz sounds ready to run for president again in 2024.
Speaking to The Monitor after a breakfast session with reporters, the Texas Republican didnt hesitate when asked if he would take another crack at the White House.
Look, I hope to run again, said Senator Cruz, who was the runner-up last time to Donald Trump for the Republican presidential nomination. We came very, very close in 2016. And its the most fun Ive ever had in my life.

Sheesh. Were not even through the first term and Cruz is already measuring for new drapes.
Do not bother we will NOT vote for you. (You cannot run here in the U.S. anyway)
Not a chance.
Pull your head out of the clouds and get a reality check.
Good luck with that.
ME, ME, ME.
Sorry Ted. The next time you run, it will be without my support.
And I was one of your biggest supporters.
Away from what?
What a loser!
Cruz allying with AOC to make birth control pills OTC so minors can buy them without parental permission or knowledge or even medical supervision knocked him off my list. ANd I voted for him in the primaries. For a smart guy his underlying philosophy isn’t deep.
Pence will do in 2024. There will never be another Trump.
“And I was one of your biggest supporters.”
As a proud Trump supporter from the moment he descended the escalator, I couldn’t believe the vehemence of many Cruz supporters in opposing Trump for months on end. There was a cult-like fervor with many of them, and a positively nutty side to a few (Glenn Beck, call your office). I knew something cult-like was happening when some of my normally “law and order” friends were even making excuses for Cruz when he somehow tried to blame Trump supporters for getting beat up by leftists at the Chicago rally. It was that statement that revealed that Cruz is a fraudulent conservative — and it was the Cruzites’ continued support for him, after that, that showed they had consumed some truly mind-distorting Kool Aid. all in all, the Cruz campaign was a weird phenomenon, the way so many people were hypnotized, and I don’t look forward to a repeat of the whole ugly episode.
I liked a lot about Cruz but he wasnt eligible then and obviously he still
Isnt now. Respect for government begins at the top
I liked a lot about Cruz
What about him making excuses for the leftists rioting against Trump’s Chicago rally? Didn’t that show you that he’s a dangerous self-promoting fraud?
Not a natural born citizen
Good for hin!
Needs a lot of “appreciate what Trump has maanged to accomplish” though.
Get lost Cruz, and take your Globalist/New World Order/Goldman Sachs pushing freaky wife with ya.
