Greta Thunberg's speech to UN strangely resembles a 1992 speech by 12-year-old Severn Cullis-Suzuki

Well, at least the climate hysterics are practicing recycling.  Or repeating a pattern of child abuse, exploiting young minds and souls for their political benefit, if you will.  Or maybe it is just a matter of running out of ideas and realizing that since they are peddling fear, nobody could better instill alarm than a threatened, vulnerable child.

Whatever the motives, it is clear that Miss Thunberg's publicity stunt ocean voyage (on a royal yacht) and appearance at the U.N. was following a script written more than a quarter-century ago.  And it is no secret.  This 1992 video of then-12-year-old Severn Cullis-Suzuki addressing the U.N. Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro, titled "The girl who silenced the world for 5 minutes," has had almost 32 million views on YouTube:

So Severn's speech was 27 years ago. How many years did she think we had until the total collapse of the ecological system? Did she think we would make it to the year 2000?

She's now 39. Maybe coming to the end of her natural fertility, if she didn't sterilize herself. I hope she stopped panicking, got married, had kids, and had a normal life free of regular injections of ginned-up eco-taboos, obsessions, and phobias.

I know it's a real anxiety for them. How cruel it is for the Master Class to try to impose this on everybody.

I saw this in the Wikipedia article:

In her speech from 27 years ago, she said: “I am afraid to go out in the sun now because of the hole in our ozone. I am afraid to breathe the air because I don’t know what chemicals are in it."

I'm glad she got over it enough to marry and have two kids. That's a step in the right direction.

I do not agree with the whole tenor of her radical environmentalism, but I am actually glad she's still alive. At least she didn't cut off her breasts and genitals, or hold her breath and turn blue.

I am very willing to share earth's delightful and life-giving atmosphere with Japanese-Canadians.

I think Suzuki’s original performance was better than Thunberg’s recent performance of the same play.

Shirley Temple was a better actress than either of them though, plus she could tap dance too.
