Stay away from all the large cities and counties, they are DEM run. Thus failures.
I live in little Atoka, TN. When we moved here car ins dropped like a rock, house ins went down due to it being a starter home 2 Seniors can take care of. Property Taxes lower. Crime is Lower. But still not low enough I’d want to go with out my gun.
Jobs are fast food, nails, and Kroger’s being the biggest business in the area. What we lack are Doctors. Have to go into Memphis for that. No hospital either, the 3 nearest ones are not fit to take your dog to.
LEO actually respond to a 911 call in a few minutes, unlike the 30 min. Memphis Takes.

The pluses and minuses of small town living.
Quality healthcare is tops, on our list, of places wed consider retiring, or relocating to.

We do have 1 good Rehab center. Hubby has Retinal Atrophy and severe Glaucoma, he is off to see that Dr today.
I see 4 Specialist besides the Useless Primary, can’t find a good one. One we had had to medically retire. And I’m about to Fire this one, I don’t suffer fools lightly. I have to many health issues to have Stupid PC doctors.
Brilliant. Then less revenue from taxing them at all and jobs lost.

Oak Ridge here, taxes higher,
but school’s good, as well as police and fire
Don’t think federal government will tolerate
civil disorder around nuclear facilities
If the SHTF, we’ll likely be in a military cordon
They really frown on shooting guns,
except at the (very good!) range, or designated hunting
Good Hospital, broad MD specialist coverage
Meth and Narcotics a persistent problem,
especially in surrounding communities
The globalist-socialist cabal, formerly known and the Republican and Democrat parties have turned the once mighty USA from an industrial hard working country into a debtor 3rd world “service” country.
Thank you. Yes, I am.
Modern slaves are not in chains, they are in debt.
