However, if one goes back to the Nixon and Clinton impeachments, there's no indication that the House changed its rules to deprive the President of due process of law, and exclude the minority party from much vital participation in the proceedings, just as Pelosi and the DemonShits did this time, just to get Trump. Those actions look very much like a bill of attainder and a deliberate rape of the President's right to due process of law, both of which the House can't alter. Just go back to the case of Adam Clayton Powell where SCOTUS held Powell could only be excluded from the House for specific reasons set out in the Constitution, and not others; thus, House rules and rule changes are subject to some constitutional challenges. These are HUGE and could easily get to SCOTUS before the House can even enforce its subpoenas.

I powerfully urged the direct opposite, that PDJT and the Republicans use all lawful means to resist the DemonShits subpoenas and impeachment efforts and that, if they get this kangaroo court monstrosity to an actual impeachment resolution, the Senate refuse to give it the dignity of a trial because the House has so horrifically violated its own procedures and basic due process of law.

Actually, I think the entire impeachment drama, and the delay is to vote on impeachment the day after RBG dies. Then Schumer, the traitor, will go out and say “We cannot allow the Senate to hold hearings and a vote for a Supreme Court justice until the impeachment proceedings are completed.” This is about running out the clock.
