Pennsylvania’s top cop can support marijuana legalization but the people do not. He and the mayor are going against the people. That’s good because next election cycle they will be gone.

At the end of the article...yes,I read it...their is a notice that people need to apply early for possible expungement of non-violent marijuana convictions from their records, should legalization happen Call me cynical, but this may be as much about getting voting rights back to people convucted of cultivation or delivery of marijuana, feroniesc under PA law, I believe, registered to vote, ASAP. Wonder how that breaks down, D vs. R.
