I think casual use probably doesn’t do any more damage than casual alcohol use(.for most people)

Heavy duty use of cannabis or alcohol are bad ideas.

Also people who have fragile psyches can be sent down a path to psychosis with just casual use.

I really don’t think a casual experience with alcohol will cause psychosis It dulls the senses. Pot can send one on a mild trip ( or a heavy trip considering the quality improvement of modern breeds of pot). Pot heightens the senses and can make a weak mind overthink how screwed up they think their lives are. Too much booze will just put you to sleep.

. Just my opinion. I’m not a shrink nor do I play one on TV. I do have a modicum of experience with people on either drug.
